I am just disappointed with the woman who answered my phone call regarding with my medication, name Jo she sounds so rude and seems mad and don't like her job, she is not a customer oriented the way she talk.She is not a good asset of the company. Luisa
No cloth masks as I watched them escort a rep back with a FSU cloth mask Maybe they don’t like Trump cloth mask? Or maybe they like reps more than patients? How about being a medical provider and not honoring medical issues that will not allow mask wearing? Why don’t you understand that as medical people? I’ve cancelled everything and will get another provider - thanks for the experience! 👎👎👎👎👎
Belittling doctors who will assume the most common things are wrong with you, I’ve been dealing with debilitating mono that was supposed to be “just a sinus infection and allergies”
The lack of communication in this office is pathetic. Refusing to refill meds I’ve been on for years just because I’ve moved and can’t drive 1100 miles to be seen by them. Stay away from this place at all costs!

Dr. Juan Crespo is thorough and knowledgeable. He spends time to listen.
Everyone one friendly , helpful ...... I only wish instead of looking at the computers , they talk to the patient first ......... I know they are busy , but talking instead of typing , makes the patient feel better .......
I was a patient of Erin Zimmer's and she was awesome. I've been trying to get a provider to respond to me for the past 3 days with no success & now have been told that since I'm no longer a patient of Erin Zimmer, the new provider I've been assigned to has been out sick & can't provide a prescription refill. Last I knew, this office has SEVERAL providers. Not only can Family Care no longer do their job & have put my health at risk, they were extremely rude in the process.
Nice people and great doctor .😷.
