I see Dr. Lee here and I'm grateful every day to have a physician who is knowledgeable and interested in the complex picture of my health. As a rule, the front desk staff do not answer the phones. I have been able to get through only after 7+ attempts each time. My referrals always contain incorrect information, and when I ask for their help in navigating, they only shrug and say they don’t know. Appointments run at least an hour late. Truly a disappointment all around.
Dr. Lucky is the best gynecologist ever, I got my surgery June 2025! Joselyn is one of the staff who’s very helpful and kind!
Pésimo lugar, mi cita con Johanna Bassa era a las 11am llegué a las 10:30 am y ahorita son la 1pm y es tiempo de que todavía no me atienden. La sala de espera está llena de pacientes y realmente es desesperante el tiempo que tenemos que esperar porque no respetan las horas de citas
If you are pregnant please save yourself some time and DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE they will literally mess up your whole motherhood experience .. you will thank me later.. medical staff is untrained on how to handle pregnancies! Foreal mommies you will NOT have a positive journey here.
