My first visit was 11/1/24. Before i joined i read enough bad reviews & good reviews. I also asked about all MDs. My PCP is Dr. Hannah Taylor. She is overall good doctor. She & i worked on PA collaboratively. I was a former attorney & i know enough about Medical RX behavior. I have talked to the hearing judge in case of denial. So as long as Taylor submits PA expeditiously i can handle after all. But on 11/6 i was not able to pick up my life time medicine Fleet Enema because it required PA. Not great with calling back or scheduling appointments... Ridiculous
Terrible service every time you call they have you waiting for even hours. Never have the courtesy to call back. Takes you weeks to get an appointment. They are quick to charge you a co-pay and it takes them about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get you in then another 30 to 40 minutes in the room to get seen by your supposed doctor. Always bill with other doctors name. When you ask why you are getting billed instead of your insurance they can’t explain the bill. They ask you to call number where there is never anyone answering.
