after being a patient for several years my PCP had to leave I was assigned a new doctor and a new medical assistant The medical assistant has been extremely rude and combative, I will never use family care of Farmington again I have filed a complaint with Frisbee memorial hospital and hopefully they will take care of this issue no one should be treated like this.
They left my wife in the exam room for over 35 minutes, my wife had to open the exam room door to remind them she was there while the nurses/receptionist were standing around laughing, Dr. Tried laughing it off saying how the girls sometimes forget about people, they also lost her blood work report which was what the whole appointment was for. And there's one receptionist who is rude.
this place is TERRIBLE. doesn't matter what time your appointment is who it's with, you'll wait over an hour to actually see a doctor. save yourself the time and go to urgent care.
We love our doctor.. Dr. Kyle Murray is always listening. He jokes, makes you feel better and always has an answer. I highly recommend going here for service.
