Unfortunately my insurance placed me with these people. I made an appointment with a PCP for diabetic care because I’m newly diagnosed with T2D. I’m in the room and a woman named Michelle Banks comes in and asks what I need. I was confused because I clearly stated I was here for diabetic preventative care and to order Dexcoms, etc. when I made the appointment.
