Although I felt comfortable with the doctor and her PA's, her staff left a lot to be desired. It took me and my online pharmacy over a month of phone calls to get my new diabetic test meter....that was only one issue of several I had with them. Her staff was rude, uncaring and incompetent. I worked in the medical field for many years and those attitudes would never be tolerated. Unfortunately, I felt I it was in my best interest to find another practice since things didn't change.

My entire family is cared for by Dr. C. She is the reason I am able to keep moving and working after finding the problem with my back and hip. She was the only doctor that took the time to find the cause of the problem.

Shes an amazing doctor and person. So genuine and makes her patients feel heard and acknowledged. So glad I chose her as my primary care physician.

I was impressed. Not only by how smart she is but also by her Beauty. I think her staff is also very hard working and dedicated. Would recommend her anytime.

Thou having to insist on seeing Dr instead of PA. Dr is outstanding; patient, caring, and polite. A true professional.

Staff is very rude, and you have to beg to see the Dr, they have 3 staff members, and the woman who answers the phone barely speaks English. I feel that in the medical society we need people who answer the phone and provide care to us for English to be their primary langauge The only reason i am seeing this Doctor is because she is close to my residence, other than that I would have picked someone else,. Her receptionist needs to be fired, they do not know how to run an office.

Dr. Concepcion has always treated me with respect and a caring attitude to helping me with my problems.
