As a new patient seeking an annual preventive exam at this clinic, I had high hopes. However, my experience was disappointing. Dr Maria and her total staff is a 5 star. These team of physicians are some of the best drs. They take the time to check your complaints about your health. They are concern about your medication filled on time. Most importantly to me when you can see you dr. In the hospital and her staff. Most drs. Never show up the hospital then choose one. But these physicians Dr. Concepion. Rhetta skinner, and other assistant They are the best. Great bedside manners. I enjoy the visits just to know they care Thanks for your care team.

Over an hour past appointment time before being called back. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this office, it’s the third. And forget being over weight cause that’s all they will ever focus on, and make remarks about. Very dismissive and rushed. And watch your insurance bill, they will over bill you. Overall very unprofessional.

Both Dr. and Rhett's are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. Most importantly they listen to what you are telling them, they hear what you're saying and they respond and react accordingly. I also have to give kudos to the staff. They always have a smile and I even get them to laugh sometimes. They are understanding of their more senior patients and how to treat them with respect and patient with patients like me who may have a 101 questions for them.

It is too bad I have to give 1 star! If you need help, don't go there!!!!! It is the worst Dr's office I have ever been! Both receptionist and Dr. M. Concepcion!!

I have been sent to see more specialists than I even knew existed. Every time I came back for a follow up, I had to completely remind her as to why I was there. Then, I would have to tell her what the specialist she had sent me to said. Then, instead of following the advice of the specialist, she would suggest I see another doctor. Several times, she told me she was going to refer me to a doctor and to wait for her office to call me, only to have them “forget" to submit the referral request.

I wish I could tell you about my experience with the doctor and staff at Family Care. Unfortunately I never got past the unprofessionalism at the front desk before I walked out. My appointment time was 10:45. I arrived at 10:30 and there were 9 people in the waiting room. Got called up at 10:45 for new patient paperwork which I filled out before arriving from the Family Care website. The receptionist tells me that the paperwork online is old and I will have to complete all the new forms. When

Although I felt comfortable with the doctor and her PA's, her staff left a lot to be desired. It took me and my online pharmacy over a month of phone calls to get my new diabetic test meter....that was only one issue of several I had with them. Her staff was rude, uncaring and incompetent. I worked in the medical field for many years and those attitudes would never be tolerated. Unfortunately, I felt I it was in my best interest to find another practice since things didn't change.

My entire family is cared for by Dr. C. She is the reason I am able to keep moving and working after finding the problem with my back and hip. She was the only doctor that took the time to find the cause of the problem.
