When did the front office girls become so unfriendly? I’ve been coming here for 5 years. Such a disappointment. And how do you not have shots in stock for 7th graders? -shots required by the state. Half of our community uses this clinic. Called the panhandle clinic and because I have private insurance and not free insurance through the government, my son does not qualify to get the shots. What???? I have to have Medicare for my child to receive mandatory state shots??? How does that even make sense?
Dr Kaul Wilson was the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. Really attentive and respectful. Highly recommend this clinic!
Every employee at this facility is kind and respectful, and I never feel rushed. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and I appreciate the Christian decorations. When I’m in one of the patient rooms and see a verse on the wall, I feel more relaxed.
Tried to make an appointment for my daughter. First time I was immediately put on hold and after 10 minutes I finally left a message. Couple hours later after they never responded, I called and was immediately put on hold yet again. Would've been nice to have a clinic close to home, but can't even talk to anyone to make an appointment.
