PSA: read your bill and make sure you understand and actually received the services charged. The staff at this location are polite and the location is convenient. That is worth at least 4 stars given how hard it can be to finding a provider for medication management in this city. This is a long term facility that I got hooked up with through my insurance and they take quit good care in your treatment
UPDATE: So they called me back finally and now gave the excuse that they could not refund the $20 on my bank account due to there being a "fraud" report blocking it and they need my bank to notify them that it was removed. First, even if the bank did, they cannot refund it on the original card because that was cancelled. Second, the extra payment I made was on a credit card and so that is where the refund should go. So the therapists are good as are the staff. The reason for my very low rating is because of the fact that they charged my card on file for a $20 copay owed from ONE YEAR AGO WITHOUT TELLING ME and so I thought it was fraudulent charge, cancelled my debit card, waited over a week to get my new one, had to notify all places that used my old debit card. If they had just called me, told me that I owed $20 from a year ago and ASKED IF IT IS OKAY to charge the card on file, I would have just said yes. No big deal but now they mad... read more
