Kristy Gill is an awesome therapist who has really helped our son make healthy strides this past year with his ADHD. He also sees RN Jolie who manages his medication and it’s really nice having his MH care under one facility and the two therapist are able to communicate with each other so we can have a cohesive health care plan for our kiddo. Facility came well recommended but assigned provider was more focused on herself than the patient. If bad care wasn’t enough the billing department is the worst we’ve ever seen in medical. They charged our card almost $2,000 without even sending a bill first. We’d been fighting to get a refund for nearly two months, have been promised calls back dozens of times, left more than a dozen messages, nothing. Update:6/26/26 Ms Stone has been excellent with managing my medication for anxiety & depression regarding health issues. Have continued to see her. Appreciate her care & concern. Had my first appt with a new medication therapist yesterday, the other therapist accepted another job. It went well. Very easy to talk to & relay issues, history & current medical conditions. Will be continuing my care at Family Care Center, Briargate location, with Franchesca.
Grat service overall by staff and therapist!
