The billing department will charge your card for your past due amount without letting you know and only refund some of it even if it’s affecting your ability to pay for more important things like food, utilities and car insurance. The billing department is also extremely hard to get ahold of. After 5 minutes on hold it forces you to leave a message and they don’t call you back same day.
