In this session, my counselor helped me understand the difference between relishing a thought or feeling and mindfulness, the ability to clear the mind of thoughts and feelings and concentrate on being in the space, the void of the moment. She also encouraged me to continue to be active in conversation.
Family care has been wonderful. They respond quick and are able to fit us in on short notice. Christina Walley our physician ia is great too !
I recently just switched from Kaiser to BCBS and I was in a scramble to find a new Psych med provider before my medications ran out. I tried Mile high psychiatry but due to complex restrictions on ADHD meds and disagreements I decided to not do business with them. This was my last option. I met with Clara Chai and she was so nice and all the ladies MA’s, LPN’s and staff were so kind. I absolutely love working with this office and 10/10 recommend Family Care center if you want to be treated like family
Previous doctor left the practice and after a few months I get why now. There are plenty of better places to spend your money.
