We have had Dr. Hanks as a pediatrician for a little over 4 years. I have 3 children, one of which is a special needs child. Dr. Hanks has been such an amazing resource on our journey in finding the rare genetic disorder that was undiagnosed for the 1st year and a half of my daughters life. Not only as a practitioner, but as moral support and a much needed encouragement to me as a mom. She is so much more than a physician to us, that even though she moved to practice in Athens, we still drive and hour away for office visits.... read more

Dr. Hanks was amazing! She was very compassionate to my foster kids and did a detailed exam. She explained everything to me and took a lot of time making sure all my concerns were addressed. The kids loved her and so did I. THANK YOU DR. HANKS!
Dr Hanks is by far the worst pediatrician I have ever met. she is so rude and convinced me that my son had a horrible genetic issue and referred us to Dallas for no reason. oh not to mention the 3 hour wait every time you go for an appointment. absolutely atrocious.
