Suzanne (NP) and Carmen (MA) were both genuine and responsive at my appointment and via the patient portal when I had a concern after starting a new medicine. I felt seen and cared about!
Can't get any information right between the damn doctor and front desk. Have called me 3 different times with 3 different conflicting pieces of information regarding appointments and medication. Figure it out. Update: they called saying they were gonna give me some answers. Still nothing. When they called 3 times last week they all didn't even understand the situation.
