If I could give zero stars I would. I was in and out of urgent care, diagnosed with strep 3 times within 2 months. The third 'strep' was actually concurrent with mono, as diagnosed at Family Care Center - the doctor ordered a bunch of labs, many of which I knew would not be covered, but a couple would have been coded as preventative, and should have been covered by insurance. I have been back and forth with the personnel and my insurance provider to have them code 2 of the labs correctly, to no avail. I am being charged for ... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Carlson for a couple years now and am very appreciative of his personable care, his & the staff's responsiveness when I call or message, and being able to quickly get in for an unplanned appointment.
I won't go anywhere else! I know everyone there, and they are all so nice to me and my girls! They get me in right away when needed, and they're always so kind, and fast when it comes to refilling a script! Love you guys!!!
I would give 0 stars, however that is not an option. I was a first time patient here, I saw Dr. Scott. This doctor is the definition of a quack. He is the most imconpitent, pretentious doctor I have ever been seen by. Instead of listening to his patients and trying to figure out what's wrong, he would rather throw out wrong diagnosis just to move patients through his office quickly, whilst also forcing one to come back because the diagnosis was incorrect.
