Everyone was super nice, doctors are all attentive and listen to your concerns and offer great suggestions for health. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
Staff and providers are always pleasant and professional. They don't rush to get you through an appointment and genuinely care about the services they provide.
Finally found a good doctor and locally! The only drawback to this office is they are extremely hard to get ahold of. I don’t know if it’s a staff situation but I never get an answer when I try to call the nurse’s station regarding a medication. My doctor is amazing but I’m only able to get ahold of him through the patient portal if there’s an issue.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Check in is easy to do. I didn't have very long to wait at all. I always feel like I'm cared for when I'm there. Dr Michelle is very kin, thoughtful and knowledgeable and really listens to what's going on with me. Also the nurse who drew my blood was excellent. Most people will stick me 4 or 5 times to find a vein (I am told I have small viens) and she did it on the first try!
