I've been here twice in the last 2 months and could not be happier, they do an exceptional job!! Entire staff is very polite and professional from beginning to end, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. When your vehicle is ready they do a walk around with you to ensure you're happy with the result and then open your car door and thank you for your business! I'm very OCD with my vehicle and have been hand washing it since new, until now, Family Car Wash will have all my future business!
My husband and I just bought a used car from someone who apparently had a dog. The inside of the car was FILTHY. We took it to Family Car Wash to be detailed and they did such a good job! I would have given a 5 star review, except it took them a lot longer than they said it would take (understandably, since it was so bad) and the waiting area was quite warm. But the service was great and the quality of work was on point!
I have started talking my WRX STi Launch Edition, which is one of only 1000 in North America, to them for a hand wash every few weeks. They are the only ones in the Tampa Bay area that I know I can trust to not damage my car.
Friendly place. They did a great job cleaning my interior& exterior. I will go back.
New owners and new crew, they are offering more services now and ended up having my windows tinted while I waited... Keep it up guys and i will be in every two weeks!
