They do a great job but the hour or more wait is a turn off.
I have a pretty large truck that takes quite a bit of time to clean. I usually do it myself since so many places don't seem to take the same care as me when detailing it. From the moment I walked them through to the end, they took the same care as I do. They did a full detail and didn't miss a thing. I even had the body badges removed and it looks like they were never there. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Family!!
PLEASE stay away. My elderly mother had her windshield replaced at family car wash. They RUINED her car. The rain was literally pouring in her car due to shotty work. Mold was everywhere. She tried to contact a man named Nate for 3 weeks only to be ignored...Do not let these people touch your car. And on top of it, they take advantage of the elderly. Shameful.
Over priced sloppy work. Even if you bring it to their attention they find an excuse so you end up paying more. Plus who puts 5 guys to work on a car that is the size of a golf cart to intern ask for tip on 5 guys. That's a shame

They always do a great job! Early mornings are better. Didn't have to wait very long. Prices are good.
