Everyone was professional and kind. Everything was explain in detail. Not only was i taken care of but my family as well.
My MIL is here and is absolutely miserable! I went to visit her. The halls are empty and the few staff I saw ignored me. The food menu was weird and she hasn’t revived simple requests- an example is coffee in the morning. There is a night nurse she is scared of due to the woman’s horrible disposition. Signage in the halls is not good making it easy to get lost. The “public” restrooms are filthy dirty which seems odd for a hospital. NOT impressed by anything.
