I love this place my therapist has helped me with so many of my problems and she always puts a smile on my face.
We have been going to FBR since Dec 2016. Dr. Bonsall is wonderful, always open to parental input. We attended outpatient therapy there until 2019. We received Behavioral services and TSS services. Our behavioral person was amazing!!! The TSS’s we had weren’t great, they were the only negative experience we had with FBR. I highly recommend them! Avoid this place like your life depends on it .I sought out services with Linda Ogden here and we couldn't even get past the intake process which took 3 multi hour sessions and we still weren't done. When my 8 year old and I were talking about past history of abuse involving his father my ex husband she ended up calling CYS on us after after was already told that was almost 4 1/2 years ago and he was dealt with and we were safe. Psychiatrist was extremely unprofessional and did not listen to a word I told him. You talk to him over Skype though so idk what I was expecting. It was a complete waste of time and I did not appreciate being completely ignored and talked over during the whole appointment, which lasted about 5 minutes as he rushed me out. The receptionists were always nice though which is the only reason I increased my rating, but I will not be returning and I am now seeing care elsewhere.
