My car check engine light started flashing, and the car started to stutter on my way home for thanksgiving today. I had my 1 year old daughter, 2 cats, and a dog in the car. Stuck, stranded whatever you wanna call it, long way from home, didn't know anyone for 100 miles. Lady said to call y'all, man came right out in the cold, took my junk tire sold me a new one and back on the road less than an hour. I didn't catch the guys name but man thank you very much
I got a call from my daughter who with our grand daughter, was broken down on I-40 between Camp Lejeune and home. Her husband away on training, she was understandably upset. They had a tow truck to her in literally 10 minutes and back on the road in a couple hours. This post doesn't justifiably express our appreciation and relief, nor does the 5 stars. Thank you!
Pulling a camper to beach from Greensboro and right front brake caliper froze on truck. Limped into Family Auto and Keith and his guys had a new rotor on the right front and rolling again in 2 hours. Great folks!!!
The 'extra mile' / extra care attitude. Way more than he ( Keith) had to do. After they came to tow my wrecked car, Keith took on himself to help me with the car rental and vehicle switching process. He was very nice with me and my 2 little girls. He made our messed up start to our beach trip a lot less 'painful'. Thanks for everything.
I can't say enough about how gracious they were to me today! They answered the phone after hours and came back from home to open his shop to help me! Top notch! He saved my day literally and I highly recommend them to anyone in need in that area!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Since this place opened I have been taking my truck or car here for there inspection. I have always had a excellent experience. The workers are very friendly and get things done in a timely manner.
