RecommendedFamily Auto & Tire was the best place I’ve ever experienced for repair. They were so friendly and accommodating. My truck broke down as I pulled into their parking lot with 4 kids in tow. hit a deer on the highway and they treated me like I was someone they knew forever. I had no one else around and they assured me they weren't leaving me and my 6 year old in the cold. They went above and beyond for us. I wish they were closer to where we live because they would have my business always. Thank you
We had a car accident on 40 east And called triple A, then after talking to Trooper Cox realized that FATS was right off 40. Officer Cox called FATS for us and it was a very good experience. Very fast service and just as the sign says Family oriented. Keith made the experience headache free. We loved your service. We definitely recommend FATS.

My sister in law’s tire popped on the way to the beach about a mile from this shop. It needed to be towed to a nearby shop for a new tire, but it was 6:15 pm the night before a holiday. Our tow truck driver saw Keith’s car in the parking lot and asked him if he’d be willing to open the shop and put a new tire on. I was stranded on a Saturday afternoon!! Ran over a piece of metal on 40 on my way to Carolina Beach for vaca with my kids. Keith and his family were beyond amazing and went out of their way to not only get us to the beach but have my car fix before it was time to head back home to Cleveland. HONEST. FAIR. HIGH INTEGRITY.
