Great experience. I came in and spoke with Army Dave. He was very polite and professional. He knows His job well. the whole staff was great they stay very busy. I would recommend buying from family Auto Mart to anyone.
I have been driving my 2008 Kia Sorrento that I bought from these guys in april for a month now. No problems except for a minor issue that was repaired asap with no cost to me. These guys have been fantastic. When i came to the lot the first time they showed me around and didnt push me. I came back the next week and chose the 08 sorrento. pretty good price and reasonable on payments, plus they got me financed with a bank even though my credit was terrible.
I just bought an 09 civic from family mart I don't have great credit and went dealer to dealer and got bounced around, I saw family auto mart online and the inventory looked good, the exact car I saw (06 Honda civic) had been sold when I got to the lot but they had this 09 that was nice. I drove off the lot within an hour, they got me financed and a really good payment.
