Rudy and Lee were awesome! My car started to smell really bad a few dats ago, and the Toyota dealer couldn't get me in for five days. So I drove into Family Auto Center. Although they were fully booked, Rudy came out to take a sniff, predicted that something dead was in the air filter compartment. Honest, dependable mechanics We've been taking our cars to Family Auto for 15 years. They are honest & don't try to talk us into unneeded repairs. They seem to really know our cars & their quirks and histories. They are willing to work with us if we want to do some repairs ourselves & have them do some. They'll even give us advice. They also are willing to work with junkyard parts on occassion. A lot of mechanics won't listen to a woman. But, at Family Auto they really seem to listen to me. It's nice to be able to go to a repair shop like Family Auto and get top rate service! They are very honest and are able to figure out my cars problems very well. If I request service on my car, they check it out. If they find out that it doesn't need the service requested they always inform me and don't just do it. They are able to track down problems other shops haven't been able to.
