I cant say enough about this place. Troy and his guys did a fantastic job. First of all I never talked to him face to face, everything was communicated through facebook and phone (due to my work schedule). How many mechanic shops do that? His fee’s were more than reasonable. He found a coolant leak that I didn’t know about. Changed a starter, installed brake pads all around and changed brake fluid. And kept me updated during the whole process. I will definitely go back in the future. thanks

I can’t say enough positive things about family auto. I feel like they truly care about the customers. I had a major breakdown on the interstate, and I had to have the truck towed to family auto. They knew I had to pick up my kids that afternoon and took care of everything including working me in to get the repair completed. Thanks everybody there!
Prices are way too high. $80-90 for an oil change?
We have always had wonderful service at Family Auto Care. We wouldn’t think of taking our business someplace else. Troy and his staff are the best and the pricing is fair. They care about their customers and that means a lot in this day and time because a lot of places are only about the money.
