This Was my second time buying a car but first time buying from This Place. I deeply appreciate what they found me when I needed a car badly..they got me one that runs Pretty GooD. It gets me where I need to be and that's all That matters to me in my life right. So if your looking to buy a car that you need Real Soon Then this is the place to get It. Great experience with this car dealership. I've worked in the car sales industry before, so I'm kinda picky. I definitely will be referring people to these guys. Great atmosphere, friendly people, good price, and honest. Ashley did a great job, was very patient and helpful. They got me into a car when no one else could. Good job Family Auto!!
My wife and I loved our experience at family auto, they were very welcoming and accommodating from the start. We don't have great credit, but Kyle helped us, was very patient with us, and found a way to make it work! Ashley did the impossible. My hubby just got his credit to 600, but needed a big boy truck, and Ashley had one. We never thought we could get into it, but she kept saying he was approved. We did the 'Your'e approved' at big car lots, only to be discouraged when they re-nigged on our deal. So, Ashley again told me he was 100% approved, and HE WAS!- for reals this time!! I wanted to surprise my husband and get him a truck this was an amazing experience it went so fast and the staff was amazing I've told everyone I know and I just can't say enough about my family's experience except for it was amazing thank you
I got my new truck SUV here today. The owner was very patient and stuck by me the whole time. To top it off she stayed late to make sure she earned her money
