The ENT and Audiologist were both very nice and knowledgeable! I had suddenly lost hearing and had tinnitus in one ear, and they accommodated me quickly. I had also asked for help with my nose/allergies, but the Dr. seemed to forget that I had asked about it and just told me to get an allergy test somewhere when I brought it up again as he was trying to leave. I was surprised because he had said I looked very congested, I had hoped more attention would be paid to that during the visit as I am self-pay and can't afford multip... read more
Disappointed in their office. I tried calling to ask a question as a potential new client but their calls refer you to their online to make an appointment. Please remove your number and tag that says “call to make an appointment” when you can’t even talk to a human and the options doesn’t give you a chance to talk to one person rather you have to go to website. Very frustrating
