I love my treatment team. They know me so well. They get me in when I need to be seen. The staff are very kind. I love that my doctor often has a student intern. It's very important to me that doctors in training learn from the best. I also want to help with their training. I was part of a research study and it is near to my heart that interns are able to have great opportunities.
I felt cared for, understood, listened to. I feel my healthcare is being managed in a thoughtful and strategic way.
The person in the front desk was really rude to me both times and on the phone very unprofessional when it came to checking me out because of what she said makes me think twice about returning
