My experience was similar to Heather’s review. Funnily enough, Dr. G went out of her way to bring up Heather’s 1 star review while claiming she didn’t leave her name with it, which is obviously a lie as there is a name right there with the review. Dr. Lisa Giovannelli frequently got information wrong about me, and her phones were constantly ringing/going off during our sessions, to which she would look at. My partner and I went to this therapist for couples therapy. The experience was bizarre and potentially traumatic for someone in a worse place mentally. We were met with a condescending and rude attitude from the beginning, felt unwelcome, and most advice we did receive was really basic with little follow up on implementation.
