I was treated as though I was spending $10,000.00 EVERYONE I had contact with was courteous and friendly as if I was the only patient being seen.
Convenient, on time, friendly and no cavities. What else can I say.
I saw Dr. Katie Meister on an emergency basis when I lost a filling, resulting in an extremely sensitive tooth. Dr. Meister's demeanor immediately put me at ease, but I still dreaded the inevitable anesthetic injections. I can only say that I've never experienced a dentist as gentle as she is! Even the world "discomfort" is too strong to describe what I experienced. She has definitely impressed me, one of dentists' harshest critics. Helpful, friendly personnel and a comfortable waiting room with fresh coffee -- chocolate donut flavored, no less! -- make this a welcoming environment right from the first moment. The receptionists and hygienists are warm and welcoming, and the dentists themselves provide the expert care you've always hoped for, but rarely found. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!
I love the staff and Dr. Schmidt. I am never scared to go to the dentist.
