RecommendedStaff is great and didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately this is the most convenient FA&A location for us and it is not convenient at all. We have to drive most of an hour to get there. That isn’t the big problem. The big problem is that after we finagle getting out of work early and drive too fast to get there, there is no guarantee they will be open when we get there. Too many times have we arrived within the posted hours, albeit near the end of them, and been told they have already shut down or the doors are already locked. I just love the staff at the Shepherdsville office. They are amazing.
Absolutely wonderful staff. My son had to have allergy tests done. A 4 year olds worst nightmare, but they made it the best experience for him as possible. Would recommend them to anyone!! Thank you for taking the time to make my son feel so comfortable at your office!

Dr listen but every time we set a testing appt they have us down as a checkup.... frustrating to keep saying no we're hear for testing! Grrr
