Such a bummer, I was referred to this company as my family had great service numerous times through them. I called on Tuesday and was told I would receive a call back. I didnt. I should have just moved on but I called back the next day and was able to schedule a service call. I was upfront that we wanted a brand new system and I was highly motivated, just needed a quote. We are now over 48 hours and I haven't received a quote. I have a child in a house with no ac. So to say my experience with this company was less than ideal... read more
We highly recommend Family Air. Owner, Jim, is a highly dedicated professional and checked back with us to make sure our hvac system was working to expectations. Employees Greg, Frank and Raul went the extra mile for us; installing a new unit and had it working same day. I wouldn't work with anyone else. Jim promised and delivered. Great company with great people including Crystal in the front office keeping the lines of communication open. Jim cares about his Employees and it shows in their work.

I highly recommend Family Air for any HVAC needs, from repairs to full system replacement. They had the best price, and the service was great. Always friendly and quick to communicate. I’ve used them for the past two years for several repairs, and most recently a new AC system. Great experience every time.
