Greg and Francisco just departed from our home after installing a new Rheem 4-ton system. These guys were great from start to finish, very professional, respectful, and did a great job of installing and cleanup afterwards. Greg went the extra mile helping with a new thermostat install on our second unit, which Family Air also install several years ago. Family Air is my HVAC go-to. I don't have reason to go anywhere else.
These guys are 5 star! Kurt went above and beyond for me almost 3 months ago as he catered to the impossibly high-maintenance demands of what turned out to be a real-estate investment scammer. Although I am broke these days, he was worth every cent and I'll be calling them for maintenance. His son has also installed units at my residence and they're both great.
Two servicemen showed up within a couple of hours of my call. They analyzed the problem, ran back to the shop for parts, and the repair was done within four hours. Plus, the cost was less than half the quote I got from another company!
I have mini splits and glad I found this vendor as their service person knew these systems and made some excellent suggestions on how to get the best results.
