I have a very had time getting my self to the dentists office. I have had a lot of horrible dentists and a lot of problems. But Family 1st Dental is nothing but good people. They are kind and considerate. They will help you plan things out to better suit your financial position. I am not longer afraid to go to the dentist.
The very nicest dentist office to go to. Everyone is so friendly and I really appreciate them . Very thorough and I'm always happy when I go see them and always have a smile when I leave !
My appointment today was excellent. Jill is my favorite Dental hygienist. She is punctual, friendly, thorough, and very gentle when checking, cleaning and taking x-rays and pictures. Dr. Sheila Duarte and all her staff are very good at explaining my problems and the options for the best care of my teeth. I like making new appointments with them. They are very accommodating. I would recommend Family 1st Dental to anyone.
From the moment I made the first phone call to set up my appointment, the staff was extremely friendly and informative. I received reminders via text message which was great. The day my appointment arrived and the blood pressure began to increase; I walked in and the gals welcomed me with a smile explained the paperwork to fill out. Dr. Gelinne, Kris and the entire staff are friendly, caring and compassionate, which is one quality in particular that I truly appreciate.
