Hi my name is Chalind Speth I run an operate multiple sober living and mental health housing properties in and around Orange county. When I came to this county I became a patient of families together And it was great the young female doctor was super helpful and eager to help and she prescribed Suboxone as well as Lexapro which is a mental health medication to help with suicidal tendencies and depression and anxiety. The front office staff is extremely disrespectful and rude. Takes advantage of the patient population vulnerability; and take pleasure in making their experience unnecessary difficult and delights in not providing help or services.
Horrible customer service i was never able to even make the appointment because no one seems to know their job all they did was tranfer me to kne person and anothet to finally hang up!
Very disorganized. Very bad. No one responds to voice mails. Very poor service. I was referred to see the MD but without informing me, I was scheduled with the nurse practitioner and although I reported I had anaphylactic allergic reaction to some antibiotics but the NP prescribed me another medication from the same family. I ended up calling 911 and had anaphylactic reaction again. I don’t recommend them.
