I used to work here. When I worked here every staff member did their best to take care of people who came in.The assistant ( whom I'm sure was a student)was rude, dismissive and bossy. Another assistant that I had previously worked with was also very rude.I would usually say maybe the staff was having a bad day but they had just opened. I have 7 years of experience in the dental industry. I have never treated anyone this badly. Being an assistant is about caring maybe they missed that day in class. I agree the wait there is long over a hr.i agree they take to many patients on,you feel like the dentist is rushing his service to you.my mouth hurts after cleaning.i think it just went to hard and fast. 🙁
Went today for first time, didn't clean teeth properly, didn't even floss..didn't wash hands between patients, didn't change gown. Watched the dentist take gloves off, walk next cubicle, put gloves on, same gown and touch others. I'm not even going to mention the place was dirty, seriously nasty. Seriously was there 2.5 hours.
