3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The front hood does not close evenly and a scratch was never repaired. 1.5 Star : Customer Service There was no interaction between us and Falveys. We had no input on the repair of the vehicle. When we spoke to Falveys about repair we were told that the liberty Mutual inspector was the one who decided what fixed and what was not repaired. We were never contacted by the inspector.

I have gone there for years for maintenance.
