A nice community riddled with issues. Poor ventilation, thin walls, and little to no response from management will leave anyone looking for an apartment in a 'cozy' neighborhood left wanting. Neighbors will make noise all hours of the day, unchecked. Smoke will pour in from the connected vents, so tenants will partake in whatever their neighbors do, day and night.
