I moved into Falls View on January 14th,2025 and on SSI and get less then $1000 a month . I was told that my rent was prorated then a Month Free Rent. The Property on this Property told me if I couldn't pay All my rent to let her know, which I did and said pay what you can and get signed up for housing as previous I was on HUD so I did.and with SDCares. I seen on Facebook that Falls View accepted HUD & Section 8 and rent went down for People who moved in because so many Vacant Apartments here and people can't afford expens... read more

I'm writing about how they say Hud and Section 8 Accepted on Facebook then you ask and they say it's LITC. They say they lowered there Rent to get more People in as there is alot of Empty Apartments here at Falls View and when there changing Rent Pricesalot no wonder No one wants to live here as there are other places in town that are Hud or Section 8 and yes it takes awhile sometimes to get it but people who get paid once a month like SSI or SSDI it's Not fair to charge them full Rent.
