Falls Pointe At The Park is a great apartment community to live in. They keep their landscape very clean. The apartment community staff members and maintenance team are outstanding and they keep all residents informed with all new changes by using in the door flyers and memos. Personal parking is available with a small affordable fee when space is available. What makes a great apartment community is the staff and of course all the tenants within the Falls Pointe At The Park Community.

I just moved here and ready to go, kids can't go outside they need to Move some of these getting families and their getting children out always trying to fight
This is a beautiful community! Floor plans are spacious and maintenance is exceptional.
They need to ban smoking in apartments and only allow ecigs-cigarette smoke gets into adjacent apartments and disturbs nonsmokers. Noise (kids, tenants, barking dogs) and litter are major problems. There is a lot of off-leash dogs and dog feces around. They need a police presence and cameras here to respond to complaints after hours, prevent littering, enforce noise violations and discourage car break-ins.
