The staff is awesome there. Very nice and full of personality. Let's face it no one really enjoys going to the dentist but it is essential for various reasons. They make you feel comfortable and well informed.
I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Derrick, Michele, and other staff members that I encountered. I received a thorough check-up and cleaning and Dr. Derrick provided specific information and guidance regarding my dental care options. I have been a patient for several years and I have always found the staff to be caring and the environment professional. I have recommended Dr. Derrick to several family members and friends!

On time and great experience. I always enjoy the staff and the thoroughness of the visit. This time, Dr. Derricks was an excellent role model as a small business owner as he very patiently dealt with a very needy patient for a very long time. He thoughtfully answered each question and continued well beyond the normal cleaning time (nearly 2 hours) until the patient was extremely satisfied with his thoroughness. Fantastic staff and service.
I always enjoy my visit's at Falls Park Dentistry. This Is probably hard to believe b/c when at the dentist of course your receiving work in your mouth but, every visit I'm laugh quit a bit. Lol! It's amazingly clean and I love the paraffin hand wax it's very relaxing and they take excellent care of my teeth. Great staff!

It was the most amazing experience. Who knew getting a crown would be so amazing. The technology took my breath away. It was quick and relatively painless. The doctor and the staff at Falls Park Dentistry are so nice I can't say enough about their customer service. In a world where the art of good customer service is disappearing it is so nice to feel the staff really cares about you. Thank you Falls Park Dentistry.

Wonderful service again! Had a small cavity and didn't need to be numbed, the procedure took under 15 minutes, I was in and out! Such a great team and wonderful Dentist. I was hesitant about leaving my old dentist in my previous city but I am very happy with my decision and switch!
