Very efficient; was able to get an appt on short notice; problem solved quickly.
Front the front office, to the assistants to Dr. Derrick - all friendly, helpful, patient and supportive.
Friendly service began at the front desk, and carried through the visit. My hygienist (Libby) was very personable, understanding, and detailed. Dr. Derrick's examination was thorough and showed a definite interest in my oral health. I'm sorry I didn't go to Falls Park Dentistry sooner!
Walked in to schedule and appointment and they took me in within 10 mins! Great service.
Dr. Derrick and his staff are great. They do not over book, they are courteous and on time. Dr. Derrick is very thorough and good at what he does. I take my entire family they are even great with my 4 year old, we have been going to Dr. Derrick for over 2 years and this is the best Dentist office I have ever been to.

Wonderful experience - have nothing but positive things to say about Falls Park Dentistry. So many added amenities, you don't even feel like you're at the dentist. Very welcoming staff and great customer service!
i am very happy with the care I receive from Falls Park Dentistry. My wife and daughter also go there. We have referred one other resident of our condo building to them and she was very pleased.
I had a really good experience. I had a long conversation with the dentist about acid erosion and some of the issues my teeth were having. Because it was all mostly on the surface and I had no cavities, he and I decided I would not need any fillings or sealants unless the erosion got quite a bit worse. Our plan for now is that I drink as few sodas as possible to keep the acidity levels in my mouth down and always use MI Paste before bed.
