Well going to the denist is never fun and I have anxiety as it is. But they were fast and very professional and made you relaxed and comfortable. Was very pleased with them.
Got my wisdom teeth taken out by Doctor Hoffman and he did a great job and followed up with me super fast when I was worried.
Make sure you have everything in writing and double check with your insurance company prior to any appointments! Everything you receive is an "Estimate" from the staff because they can not guarantee what your bill with actually be until after to procedure.
Such a friendly and wonderful center! Dr. Barnes, Dr. Hoffman and the entire staff at Falls Oral Surgery is polite, quick to answer questions and above and beyond friendly. I had to have a tooth pulled unexpectedly and the entire staff made the situation so much more bearable. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing this type of dental service!
My husband had to have all four wisdom teeth removed as well as supernumerary teeth. This was an especially tricky procedure due to the location of the nerve near the supernumerary teeth. Everything went wonderful! We were in and out and he was recovered in no time!
Dr. Barnes and Staff were AWESOME! I had 3 implant post put in and they all were so nice and they knew I was nervous Everyone I encountered made me feel relaxed. Dr. Barnes explained every step so I would be prepared and asked if I was ok throughout the whole procedure. I felt cared for.
Only gave it a 1 cause I had to. Kim the Insurance Mgr is completely rude. My insurance was checked by them & Dr D'Vevillo's office before having my tooth pulled. I was covered for a normal extraction. In the end was sent a bill for hundreds of dollars because they billed for something THEY DID WITHOUT ASKING FIRST. WILL NEVER GO BACK. NEVER HAD SO MUCH TROUBLE WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.
