The staff is awesome. Marlene is a great manager, I feel that she really cares. Don't have any problems other than resident thinking they have designated parking spots.
These apartments, the so called staff in the office, the corporate office and the maintenance is one big comedy show. The maintenance don’t fix anything and speak not a lock of English. They patch and paint and act as if they’ve fixed the problem. The girls in the office do nothing but lie and try to go word for word with you. No customer service or professionalism about them. One of them NEVER even gets up off her behind. She sits in the chair until it’s time to go to lunch and go home. You can never get any concrete answer... read more
