Only good things I have to say from this place, the staff is amazing Kat and Yulia had help me in all the process and once I opened my situation to them they were very flexible with me and made possible my move in for next week, they have a good team and I hope it stays like that a lot of time
I had a tour of the property with Diego. I ended up signing a lease for the Club Motor Court, which was priced less online than what I was quoted in person. I decided to do an in-person follow-up. Good thing I did because I was told the unit was listed by accident and the pricing was wrong. I was offered my application and admin fee back, but I initially declined. Elvis helped fix my closet as it was prone to fall apart. He came in and investigated. With the few tools available he was able to stabilize it. Also, was able to cover and paint some holes we had in the closet. His service and manners were on point. I recommend him for any handyman needs.
DO NOT move here. They claim resort style living but NONE of the amenities work. Clubhouse always under “construction”. I just walk to the gym 6 in the morning and the door is locked ! Not the gym door (which we have a key for) the door to even try to get to the gym. When since the gym stop being 24 hours ! Went from 3 playgrounds to 1 (A bs playground).
