After the past 6 years of living at Falls of Pembroke as a single mother, unfortunately, rent got higher, and I had to move, but I give a thank you to Kat, otherwise known as Katherine, a part of property management, for being responsive and hearing every issue I needed attended to. Making it accessible to be able to talk when I needed and understanding everything I had going on with open arms.
I am moving in September, and I cannot say enough about Elizabeth. She went above and beyond to help us with our move, handling every detail with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She made what could have been a stressful experience smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. I visited this apartment property on two consecutive Saturdays and unfortunately found it closed both times. However, I returned again today and was pleasantly surprised. The two ladies who assisted me were very professional, courteous, and informative. They took the time to show me the property and answer all my questions. Despite the earlier inconvenience, today’s experience completely changed my impression. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home.
The Falls of Pembroke is truly making a comeback — and even better than before — thanks to the outstanding management and team members like Katherine “Kat” Ochoa, the Regional Assistant Property Manager.
