Had an appointment for a tour, got there and could hear the employees but they flat out ignored us. Then the security guy came out and very rudely ask what we wanted I said I said we had an appointment for a tour his response was no we do not do tours because it’s raining plus we are in the middle of our lunch break. Said we could look at the apartment online if we really wanted one.
I have lived in this neighborhood for eight years. In the early years, everything was clean and home maintenance was excellent; however, after the management changed, everything deteriorated significantly. I was away on vacation with my family and left my car in front of my apartment, only to be shocked upon my return to find it had been towed because I had changed my license plate—even though the tag displaying the apartment and building numbers was still on the vehicle.
