I had nothing but respect for them and treat people fairly despite of the color of skin. I have live in this underrated residence for 4 years. They are extremely racist against black people and specifically look down on the black culture that is on SECTION 8. I have been asking them to remove mold over a year now and they problem still at hand. My daughter have to sleep in the living room due to how bad the smell is and enough is enough. These people are thieves. Renting from these people has been the worse experience ever. They tell you what ever they have to get your check and then when you comeback the paperwork is completely different. Im a single dad struggling and i was almost homeless because of these people. They dont give you copies of paperwork purposely and they never do anything they say theyre going to do. Theyre also known for keeping peoples deposits and most of theyre apartments are infested with mold due to water damage. Theres a guy that ca... read more
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The disorganization this place has is top tier. It took 3 weeks to get my flooded apartment under control from a washer leak not to mention I have carpet ( additional 100 for wood floors +rent) . This place is over priced for no reason I can find the same thing in the corner of ******* for half the price 1/1 for **** a month with no updated appliances or amenities.
