Rude staff. Roaches everywhere . I don't recommend these apartments. Leasing wanna be agents are always on their phones. This place is a joke.
I feel comfortable in my apartment for now,i had a lot of issues in my apartment over the last 2 years what do you expect when your apartment is being remodeled but it's done to certain instincts I live in apartments all my children lives use to live here when my son was 2 for 9 years now he's 32 and been here since 2011 so my review is at 4 I remember when it was Casa Maria
I live in these apts. I had 5 roof leaks, 4 broken air condition units and now going through it again. Its 90° in my apt. Called the so call emergency number at 6:05 and after talking to someone who is very unperfectional, she was very nasty on the phone. Maintenance finally came 45 mins ago and told me he was going get his tools and havent seen him since.... Hes head maintenance lives 4 doors down and he hasnt come back. This place is a JOKE. I pay $1000 a month for this, to lose a 50 inch tv because the ceiling was raining... read more
