Great customer experience! I saw they had a truck on the lot that looked to fit my needs and price range. I saw they had some good photos online but I wanted to see more. One quick email in, I had a quick response from Krissy, she asked a couple low pressure questions and I told her I wanted to see more. Valley city motors was great they have plenty of options and help me get the car I wanted, Justin Spears is a great at his customer service
Bought a new truck from them had warranty and the back up camera would disconnect sometimes. I showed them a photo of what the screen looked like when it froze and turned blank and they said that if the issue isn’t appearing while I was there at the dealership then they can’t fix it. Now my warranty is expired and the same issue happens much more often. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again.
Just worked with Tysean to get my 4th vehicle from this dealership. Very friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend Valley for new and used needs.
