What excellent service I received at Falls Jewelry in downtown Kannapolis. Very warm and welcoming from the time I walked in to the store! I had repairs and sizing of my wedding band and diamond. Now I can wear them again. They look more beautiful than the did! Thank you!
Went in for the "Sell With Ease" event on Saturday. Rep with National Rarities was very helpful & professional. Sold some pieces that I no longer wanted & was able to get some other pieces upgraded with the guidance of the Falls staff who gave me excellent ideas and advice. Their attention to detail & my wishes makes me happy to recommend Falls Jewelers without hesitation!!
