Sam at Falls Jewelers is a pleasure to work with, he did a beautiful job repairing a gold chain charging a very reasonable rate doing a first rate job! Experience matters! I highly recommend Falls Jewelers for all of your Jewelry needs. I brought Sam some additional jewelry repairs, he did a beautiful job!

Customer for life. Sam and his wife are an honest, dedicated couple that deliver quality jewelry at great prices, are very fair businesspeople. My family and I have shopped here many times and will continue to so long as they're open. Service is excellent, turnaround is quick, zero possible complaints.

What makes this place special? Sam the owner. In this world of corporations and franchises it is nice to find a place where the owner greets you and works with you on your ideas. He remembers you when you walk in months later without a receipt and tells your piece has been ready and waiting. I took Sam an old ashtray I'd found hidden at home. I realized it was an old silver coin. I wanted to remember my mom , with no use for an ashtray I removed the coin and went to Sam to make me a pendant for that old coin. Using some old ... read more
