Stay away! Poor service overpriced very rude people
The person who answer the phone was very rude. Saying I wasn't able to speak with a nurse because I was considering switching back to Sanford. When I told him I'm still a patient and still need a referral. He wouldn't listen to me. Said he was the only person working. Wouldn't give me he's name or let me speak with a supervisor or manager. When I made a complaint they didn't do anything. I have been going to Falls Community Health for 5 months. Everyone there are always kind, and helpful! The Dr's that I have seen have been great! They try to get to the bottom of things and if they have questions they ask the SR Dr's. They work as a team and I like that! I will recommend Falls Community Health to people! Thank you for your great service!
