Staff is caring and friendly, my husband and I have just started going to FCAH with a new kitten of our own. Dr. Clark has been wonderful and thorough with her examinations. She is knowledgeable, professional and good at her job! She answers all of our questions and provides lots of feedback and tips regarding the care and development of our kitten. The quality of the hospital and the expertise of the doctors. The staff at FCAH is very caring.
I had given up on my cat, Albert, when Dr. Yam treated him and gave him a new leash on life.
i been going for years so far so good.
Refused to sell me Bravecto flea prevention (even though I have bought it there every 6 months for several years) because my dog hasn't been in for a recent check up. My dog is old and 90% blind, and it is difficult and stressful for him to travel, yet he is comfortable and happy in his home environment, and I just want to keep him free of fleas. Not a good "policy" in my opinion. Every policy needs exceptions based on circumstances.
Appreciated the care and consideration they provided for us and our older dog.
Not only is this a wonderful facility with a great staff who cares about you and your pets, but I’ve been bringing my cats to see Dr. Amy Yam now for 2+ years and couldn’t imagine having them see anyone else anywhere. She’s an incredible person AND professional and doesn’t suggest anything she wouldn’t do for her own pets. I can’t say enough good things about FCAH.
Great Staff, appointments are on time and the care is top notch.
